Dr. Kramer Explains Regenerative Medicine
In this short video Dr. George Kramer explains that Regenerative Medicine treatment promotes the repair of diseased, dysfunctional or injured tissue using human cell and tissue products. He also shares that prolotherapy and Prolozone were the first regenerative medicine treatments to be used to build connective tissues.
What is Regenerative Medicine?
Regenerative Medicine treatments promote the repair response of diseased, dysfunctional, or injured tissue using human cell and tissue products. It can be thought of as similar to prolotherapy or Prolozone® with human cell and tissue stimulating the healing. These products increase the body’s own ability to heal and regenerate.
After years of research, we have chosen to offer our patients Regenerative Medicine using umbilical cord tissue, which has growth factors, cytokines, natural nano particles, high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, and regulator proteins.
How does it work?
Regenerative Medicine at our clinic uses human cell and tissue products from the umbilical cord to stimulate healing. When placed in damaged areas, the body’s natural healing ability is stimulated. The complex rally of many cells, growth factors, proteins, and molecules help aid the regenerative process and awakens the body’s healing response. Dr. Kramer uses this sophisticated treatment to draw what the body needs for repair where the body needs it.
What conditions can be treated by Regenerative Medicine?
At AMA we use prolotherapy, Prolozone and other regenerative techniques for musculoskeletal problems including arthritis, degenerative joint disease, degenerative disks and other pain problems.
How much does it cost?
