We would like to take a minute to outline our payment policy to ensure that there are no misunderstandings so that we can concentrate our full efforts towards you achieving optimal health.
- Payment must be made in full when services are rendered. WE ARE NOT A MEDICARE PROVIDER.
- We do not bill insurance directly. We will complete a Superbill for each visit, which you can use to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. This CANNOT be done for Medicare.
- The methods of payment we accept include cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- We require that you notify us of cancellations 24-hours before your appointment.
