Low Back – Jean B. (Age 38)

Last summer I injured my lower back, and was fortunate enough to find Dr. Kramer working at the Marsh health club in Minnetonka. He checked me over, and quickly diagnosed an injured disc. So he set me up with several different physical therapy programs to see which would work the best. I was disappointed; however, that Dr. Kramer was not covered by my insurance, so I had to stop seeing him. The amazing thing about Dr, Kramer was that he continued to be interested in my progress. In fact, several months later, he called me at home to ask how I was doing! Not many doctors would go that far. Dr. Kramer seems to care about his patients (even the former ones!), and is quick to return calls, and even emails!
