Radio host Tom Blair, of the popular Fargo radio station KFGO, interviewed George Kramer, MD, on June 24, 2010 about the remarkable results of Prolotherapy treatments. Tom talked with Dr. Kramer about one of his patients from the Fargo area who avoided shoulder surgery and made a full recovery with Prolotherapy. Dr. Kramer also talked about the new advancements in Prolotherapy treatments.
“I walked out feeling no pain, didn’t limp and felt like I had a new hip. It was incredible!”
FM Extra – Red River Valley Weekly Magazine, Oct 7 2010
Actually, I never much thought about it, but I guess there are some Miracle Cures. A friend of mine had a torn rotator cuff (very painful). I told him he’d have to have surgery. (I had had the surgery on both my shoulders.) He didn’t believe me, so he went to the Rochester clinic and was told the same thing: surgery, man! He still refused to get it done.
When I came back from Arizona last spring, he was cured. I said, “Ya had the surgery, huh?” “No,” he replied, “I had Prolotherapy.” Huh? So he proceeded to tell me about an MD in the Cities who injected stuff into the joint that promotes healing, stops pain and stimulates tissue growth. (And it worked for him.)
To make a long story short, I went with him on his next visit to the Cities to watch him get his treatment. Since I had to use a cane to walk for three months in Arizona due to a bad hip problem, I wanted to see what this was all about. I even found some stuff about it on a Mayo Clinic bulletin.
After my friend got his shots, I told the doctor, “OK, I got nothing to lose. How about shootin’ me a time of two?” He said he first had to get my medical records, xrays, etc. to know what the problem is. (I guess he isn’t a witch doctor after all.)
I had all my medical records on my hip sent to Doc Kramer, and a month later, I went in for my appointment. It cost me a little over $400 the first visit. Compared to the surgery, cost and pain that other doctors had in line for me, it seemed like a cheap gamble.
After a couple shots in the hip, I walked out feeling no pain, didn’t limp and felt like I had a new hip. It was incredible! Later I did an interview with Doc Kramer on KFGO. The phone lines lit up like a Christmas tree, Doc got over 80 people lined up for treatment and I am still getting phone calls and emails from people who have had relief from pain and are better.
He is an MD and he doesn’t promise to heal everything, but he sure has some marvelous results on people with back, knee and other joint problems. I have the interview I did with him on my web site, www.tomroadblair.com, on the “Interesting Site” page. Doctor George Kramer has a website, too; it’s a http://georgekramermd.com/.
I had three treatments and I am done. The last two treatments were cheaper than the first and, no, I don’t get any commission for telling you about this, but I know there are a lot of people out there who can’t get relief from pain and their doctors offer them little hope. It’s called Prolotherapy, and it works wonders for many people.
